What we collect
Account email, name, password hash, chat messages, conversation titles, optional profile memories, optional documents you upload, billing identifiers from Stripe (not full card numbers), and encrypted API keys you choose to store.
How we use data
To provide the chat product, memory features, billing, security, and service improvement. Messages may be sent to third-party AI providers you select (or that we route to when using platform keys) to generate replies.
API keys
Bring-your-own keys are encrypted at rest and used only server-side to call the providers you configure. We do not sell your keys.
Third parties
AI model providers (e.g. xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or custom endpoints you set), Stripe for payments, and our hosting/database providers. Their privacy policies apply to data they process.
Retention & control
You can delete chats, memories, documents, and API keys in the product. Contact the operator to request full account deletion.
